Last Drum Lesson!

Hey guys! Yesterday (Thursday, June 7, 2012) I had my last drum lesson of the year! Yes, yes, very sad... :( But it was also quite fun! For the entire thirty minutes, my drum teacher put the iPod on shuffle, and we made music, music, MORE MUSIC!! :) If you play the drums, this is a super fun way to practice! Aced the 16th Notes on High Hat!

     Hello! I just wanted to make this post to inform you (because I am quite exuberant about this) that I have finally mastered my new drum beat! In this beat, (to shake it up a little) instead of 8th notes on the high hat, you do 16th notes, but on the snare and bass, you do the same you would in a classic beat. For you who play the drums and are on the right level, try this if you want to!

Hello again! I didn't get a drum set right when I started drumming, so for w while, I was making music on pots, pans, boxes, chairs, whatever was there! It's still extra fun, because you're still making music!
