Practicing

Hello fellas! I know, if you play an instrument, you probably hate practicing. But really, practicing even just 5 days a week gives some serious improvement,and I'm speaking from experience! Actually, now that I quit piano and am now playing the drums, I love practicing! And if you have assignments that you need to work on, practice those, then just rock out, do your own thing!

Done with the Video!

Hey, music lovers! As I said in a previous post, Unwired the band was going to do a video, and we finished! It turned out great, with special thanks to the teachers at our school. I'm also including this post to also recommend an musician, (whom of which you probably already have heard of), Adele. She has gone a very long way since her album, 19. She won 6 Grammys in one night! How amazing? Another musician, Birdy, said that her favorite song ever was "Rolling In The Deep", which is also by Adele.

Video shooting!

Hello again! As I mentioned in a previous post, our singer can't make it to the performance! :( BUT... Because of this, we get to shoot a video with her, and then show it after we perform live! I am ever so excited!

I'm actually rather thankful of this, because then if the live one has a few mess-ups, we can show the video, and all will be good again. :)

A NEW DRUMSET!!

Definition of Musical

Being 'musical' doesn't really mean you play a lot of instruments; it means you enjoy playing music. To be honest, I absolutely HATED piano, but once I started doing the drums, it was like a musical door opened for me! I know, right now I sound really cheesy, but I mean it! Drumming is fun to me. Piano is probably really fun for other people, but it just wasn't my calling. It's like the drums were made for me! I could play one beat for an hour straight. What's your instrument? The Big Show!

Hi guys! The big show is coming up on May 24!! Yay! But, the bad news is... OUR SINGER WON'T BE THERE! No! Now I feel really bad when I talk about, because she'll miss it! :( And also, who's singing?! Oh, yeah, we've taken care of that already. Once again, I have no permission to say names, but luckily we have 2 people with very nice singing voices in our band, so we do have a singer. Back to my original point, I can't wait!
